In-person interpretation

In-person Khmer-English medical interpretation is available within the Phoenix Metropolitan Area only. The minimum charge is $190 for up to 2 hours. Beginning with the 3rd hour, additional time is billed at $90 per hour.

OPI / phone interpretation

OPI is $75 per hour with a 30-minute minimum. After the minimum, booked duration is available in 30-minute increments. Remote appointments are scheduled in Arizona Time (MST).

VRI / video interpretation

VRI is $90 per hour with a 30-minute minimum. After the minimum, booked duration is available in 30-minute increments. Remote appointments are scheduled in Arizona Time (MST).

Scheduling

The booking calendar uses 30-minute start-time increments. The client chooses a service, date, duration, and starting time. The entire continuous appointment block is reserved when the booking is confirmed.

Availability

Displayed availability is subject to the live booking calendar. The booking system checks the requested block again when the appointment is confirmed to reduce double booking.

Hospitals, clinics, and organizations

Approved hospitals, clinics, businesses, schools, nonprofits, government entities, and other organizations may confirm an appointment without advance payment. A confirmation email is sent when the booking is confirmed. After service, an approved organization can receive a Stripe-hosted invoice/payment page and may pay online, or use its normal Accounts Payable process when separately agreed. Invoice-after-service privileges are subject to organization/vendor approval.

Private clients

Individual/private-client appointments require full payment of the booked service total before final confirmation. The selected time is held while secure Stripe Checkout is completed. Stripe Checkout is configured to expire after about 30 minutes; the booking system keeps a short additional safety window for webhook processing. If payment is not completed, the appointment is not confirmed and the time is released. After successful payment, a confirmation email with the booking ID is sent automatically.

AI and agent-assisted booking

The website may offer an AI booking assistant and machine-readable API, WebMCP, MCP, or compatible commerce interfaces. These interfaces use the same server-side pricing, availability, billing, and confirmation rules as the normal booking form. An AI or agent may prepare an appointment, but a private-client payment requires explicit user authorization. Raw card credentials are handled by the payment provider, not by the AI assistant.

Confirmation records

Every confirmed appointment is recorded in the booking database, blocks the applicable calendar time, sends an appointment confirmation email to the booking contact, and sends an owner alert through Telegram. If a notification provider is temporarily unavailable, the appointment remains valid and the failed notification is recorded for retry.

Cancellations and changes

Future cancellations release the reserved appointment block so the time can become available again. A paid private-client cancellation requires an explicit refund/no-refund decision according to the applicable service terms. If a cancellation, no-show, travel, parking, after-hours, or other special charge applies, that term should be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed or in an applicable service agreement. No additional fee should be assumed unless it is stated.
